New 'Learn with SU' Series Continues Through May 3

SALISBURY, MD---Do you want to know the latest about vitamins before adding them to your diet?  Would you like to build your strength and flexibility without pulling a muscle?  Are you intrigued by beers with interesting names and wonder about their taste?

Beginning in April, 小蓝视频 invites Delmarva residents age 50 and over to participate in “Learn with SU,” a new lifelong learning program that explores these areas and more.

Offered at various locations including the Maryland and Delaware beach communities, the presentations follow a pilot project in February which was well received.  That program explored a variety of topics from Delmarva history to popular wine tasting.  The next “Learn with SU” sessions include:  
 

“Taking the Confusion out of Vitamins and Supplements:  Q&A”
Diane Clark, owner of Wholesome Habits in Bethany Beach, DE, shares her knowledge of vitamins, supplements and homeopathic remedies for healthier lives. Presentations are:
• Tuesday, April 17 – CHEER Center, Ocean View, DE, 10 a.m.
• Tuesday, April 24 – Worcester County Library’s Ocean Pines Branch, Ocean Pines, MD, 1 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 1 – Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce, Fenwick, DE, 3 p.m.

“Resistance Training”
Erin Budd, an SU graduate student, encourages increasing muscle strength and flexibility using Fit-Tubes during a three-session series. Admission is $10 (one-time fee) and participants receive a Fit-Tube.  Comfortable clothing is recommended.  Presentations are:
• Tuesday, April 17, 24 and May 1 – CHEER Center, Ocean View, DE, 9 a.m.
